About the WHATPONU Program
Super practical and fun.
Teaching the basics of neuroscience, of what stress does to the brain and making this understanding explicit then creates the cornerstone of knowing why and then how to support your body to stay open and relaxed in order to learn new information.
The WHATPONU programme brings understanding and opens everyone, young and old up to their potential.
A very simple training for schools, 60 mins and your staff are ready to implement the program.
Provides your staff with a system that your whole school can use that increases vocabulary and understanding of feelings in the body and emotions.
Quickly identifies children who are struggling and gives you unified strategies to support them
Every year when you start a new class with a new teacher, the system is the same and this massively supports all children to be less anxious.
Whole school communication system
